Broken torsion and extension springs, openers that hum but don't lift, bent tracks, off-track doors, worn rollers, and cable replacement make up most of what comes through the phone. On older homes built before the 1980s, we often find single-layer steel doors and hardware that's been patched more than once - sometimes the better call is a new door rather than another repair, and we'll say so if that's what the door needs.
We also handle opener swaps and photo-eye alignment issues, which show up a lot in winter when cold throws sensors out of true. What we don't do is new construction installs tied to a builder's schedule, or anything outside garage doors and their openers - no gutters, no general carpentry. If a job needs a part we don't carry on the truck, we'll tell you upfront rather than guess at a timeline.
